This "friendly", "easy-to-find" establishment minutes from John Wayne Airport is a "fine hotel for business travelers" thanks to "neat" rooms that boast "really fast", free WiFi and ample desks that let you "spread out"; wind down with "great" fitness facilities (tennis, volleyball) and "wonderful beds" ("linen spray, earplugs, eye covers and a relaxing CD are a nice touch"), but a few are stuck in "small", "ordinary" quarters with "a/c that doesn't work" and "windows that don't open."

When we first arrived at this hotel We were greeted by a friendly staff. The showers were not very good and the bathrooms were not 4-star. Room had a musty smell. Access to fitness center was obscure and not well maintained. Parking was extra and pricey ($12/night).
